Can my soon to be ex husband refuse to let me visit or speak to my 4 year old daughter. In August 2011, my husband and I separated, I asked for a divorce. The only thing I wanted was custody of my 4 year old daughter. He filed for divorce requesting supervised visits and calls, with him having sole physical custody, making all the decisions. I contested the divorce and I'm waiting for a hearing date. Since I contested 15 days ago, he has refused to let me speak to my daughter. He won't even pick up the phone or text. He is in Florida with my child I am in Massachusetts. Any advice would be welcome. |
