Child custody I am currently sepperated from my wife. We are living in different homes and are getting ready to file divorce papers. Nothing has been filed or anything to that extent yet. I do not agree with what is going on at the mothers place of living. My children are age 2 and 4. My daughter is type 1 diabetic, insulin dependent. The children go back and forth every day to her apartment and my home. I wanted to know if before custody was determind by the courts, could i have custody of the kids until it is determind. She is not keeping in contact with me on my daughters diabeties, when she needs her insulin changes, she has not been feeding her right. I pick them up from daycare at 4:00 pm and have them all night untill she picks them up at 3:00 am then she takes them to her apartment, and then she takes them to daycare at 12:00 pm evryday |
