Dividing a tax return My husband and I are getting divorced but nothing legally has been signed regarding a separation or divorce. He has closed all joint bank accts & credit cards. He wants me to sign our tax return but I don't want him to take my share of the refund. Is there a document I can have him sign prior to signing our tax return to insure my portion of the tax refund? |
