Divorce attorney fees. Are divorce attorney fee's tax deductible. |

Supposedly, attorney fees, in relation to alimony are deductable. However, these fees are hard to prove. Most attorney invoices are not written with specific enough detail. The attorney invoice must specify 'alimony' dispute for the invoice to be deductable. I was recently audited for this very issue.
