Divorce court

My fiance is filing for divorce he has been separated for a little over a year and they have only been married for two years but they never lived together because right after they got married he was sent off to iraq now he is trying to divorce her and she wont give him he is currently waitin for the divorce papers to be sent back to the courthouse so he can follow the next step now when they go to court will she be able to get half of everythin she sent him text messages stating that she was using him for the money its been that way the whole time and she has also even went as far as to say that she is gay and she never cared for him it was always about the money and she wont get a divorce because she wants him to keep paying her money so with all that information will it help his court case
