Do i actually have to show up for a divorce trial? I have had an awful string of bad luck with my divorce attorney,in fact she appeared to the last 2 court dates never informing me ,so that i could appear as well. I have since stopped using her since she was of no help and heard thru acqaintances that i have a court trial on my b-day.. i was just wanting to know how that would actually play out when my ex' s attorney never properlly served me? Please help,
