Divorce is not easy on anyone male/female it affects each different so seek supports groups through your city or church group to help you heal from the process. many just jump right into another relationship with old baggage and wonder why it did't work.get rid of all the old baggage and start new.you'll find out that it has opened many doors for you

Spend lots of your time visiting relatives and friends. Visit the library, join a crafts club, learn a new language, etc. Don't start dating, again, until you feel confident and the pain of the divorce has subsided. For certain, do not get involved in a serious relationship right away. If you have children, give them some time with their father. Take some time for yourself to heal, but keep in mind that the children need to readjust to their new situation, also.
