Filing for alimony(maintenance) I've been divorced for 2 1/2 years and when my daughter graduates in June my child support payment will stop. In my divorce decree I want to receive alimony so if someone can tell me how to file for this without having to retain my divorce attorney again that would be great. My ex makes 3X what I do and we were married for 22 years.
