Following divorce law in another copuntry or bda laws, period Aftrer i get divorced in bermuda, and want 2 re marry abroad, do i have 2 comply with bermuda laws . or do i follow the country im moving 2 in their divorce laws.. exqmple after divorce i have 2 wait 3 months to get remarried. in australia it 1 month and 1 day. ! |

It really is simple. If you remarry before you are allowed to by the jurisdiction that gave you the divorce, you will not be legally divorced. which could cause criminal issues, or civil issues regarding property. and you will not be legally married to your new iwfe ( which she will not appreciate). If you likeed austrailia's, that is where you should have divorced.
