How can i get the divorce court order child support in with domestic relation order Have one child from marriage and one not from marriage the non marriage mother has order thru DR for the child i dont even see have contact with not even sure that the child is mine ? what can i do she said the child was mine with all the lies and mistrust not sure she just wanted a father for the kid to get money from .the other mother doesnt want to go thru domestic relations "No need to I got it with thee divorce "im paying alot out .Can i ask for paternity to make sure the child is mine . Can i get my child support reduced/combined so both get thefair share |

Yes when the mother filed against you for child support then that gives you the right to contact the human resource department and request a DNA test in most cases you do not have too pay or a very small amount if you do. Once the DNA results come in if the child is not yours you will then have to file a petition with the court asking the court to stop your current child support order, if the child is yours plan on paying child support until the child reaches the age that is required by your state laws for child support to end. Child support is based on both parents income so chances are you will not pay an equal amount to each mother if it comes out your the father. So my sujestion is request the DNA and find out and move on one way or the other.
