Huband of 1 month has relapsed on drugs, we are both on the lease in ohio. He refuses to leave. Can I try to sign a new lease with the rental company to exclude his name? Will this be enough to get him out, or will I have to file for divorce? Help, my kids and I are suffering! |

If you get another lease made up with his name not on the lease he has to leave then you need your landlord to back you up have the landlord give him a eviction notice it will help you get him out you could also leave him there and move your self and take the kids with you but take your name off the lease you can also go to adulyt pertective services and let them know you are unsafe and they will help you get out
