Please get a legal service from your attorney general's office and it is free. Here where I live, as long as a married couple are living separately for 2 years, the couples are eligible for a divorce regardless whether the other party consents to it or not. Divorce proceedings have to be done properly and according to the law to avoid future liabilities. Thus , getting proper advice is very important.

Go to your legal services department in your county and they will help you file the paperwork if they don't represent you. In many cases, where the other spouse refuses to sign or doesn't even show up, the case is rendered, "Uncontested," and goes through inspite of the noncooperative spouse. If you don't qualify for legal services, find an attorney who will give you a free consultation.

Yes I filed for divorce while my ex was in jail. He never responded and after 90 days the divorce was final here in PA.

As far as child support if you filed for support and an amount was set but he never paid the courts can get him for back child support. I can only hope you filed for support years ago or you will not get anything.
