I'm in Arizona, and my spouse is in Indiana... Divorce help? My husband and I were married in July of 2008 and moved to Arizona. Since then, we seperated in January of 2009, and he ran back to Indiana in November of 2009. 6 months later he claims he filed the divorce in Indiana. I don't know if I believe him if he has really filed it because he is oddly unreliable. How can I make sure, and what should I be expecting in the near future? He says I should be getting something in the mail, but I have yet to recieve anything.
