Mortgage Bankruptcy and my Ex Per my divorce decree I was alloted the marital home with the understanding that I get the mortgage refinanced into my name alone. I have attempted this many, many times and have been shot down every time. No bank will refinance me at this time -- even with a credit score over 800. If I don't refinance I am in contempt of court and my ex is threatening to do this.
