It sounds like it's time to let your lawyer know so that they can notify the court to order a stop to the alimony payments. Hopefully you have some kind of proof that she is living with this man because it's probably going to be necessary to prove this with a signed lease, pictures, affidavits from other people or something along those lines. Let your divorce lawyer know and he can assist you with this.

It probably means in a romantic situation so if she's living with a male as a roommate then you're probably out of luck. The courts can't expect a roommate to take care of her as that's not his job (nor did he agree to do so). If she is living with someone as boyfriend and girlfriend though then you need to contact your lawyer and let him know so that you can go back to the court that assigned the alimony and have it terminated.

You just go back into court and settle the matter. You petition for cessation of alimony on the ground that the condition for termination, as spelled out in the court's previous order, has occurred.
Be prepared with proof, acceptable to the court, that she's living with someone.
If you can't afford a lawyer to present this, ask the people at the court office how the judge would like to see this presented, and what kind of evidence.
One thing, don't take the law in your own hands and just cut her off, until the judge gives you the right to do it. You should back-date accurately to the time when he first started living with her, so that the judge can award you a reimbursement for those payments after that time.

It only says "lives with an adult male"?
So, if you have a son or grandson together who lives with her, the day the boy turned 18 and became a legal adult, you'd be off the hook for alimony? If she moved in with her ailing father or brother to care for him, poof, no more alimony?
I'm surprised she was so foolish to agree with it so plainly written, and that her lawyer didn't modify the language to relfect a sexual relation where she is cohabitating with her lover.
All you can do is notify the court to get the order of alimony stopped, she'll then present her circumstances and the judge will decide.

Try to get an emergency Temporary Restraiing Order (TRO) saying that you don't have to pay because she's commiting a fraud. Simultaneously, you can seek to modify the order of alimony/support, citing changed circumstances. (It's probably better to marshal your proof beforehand in case, after filing, she tries to temporarily move in with a relative or something.)
Also, offer to pay any amounts due into the court's registry. That way, the court will hang on to the money until the case gets decided, and award it to whomever wins.
