My Wife Wont Sign I live in ohio and I had papers made up and sent to her to sign and she refuses to sign and will not let me see my child. The attorney only told me its going to cost 2000 to file more paper work and thats money I do not have right now. I have been paying child support and she still refuses to let me see my daughter and will not sign the papers. She is trying to get full custody and I wont let that happen. What can I do? She also now is posting things on the internet about me of course lies,saying that I wont sign the divorce papers from MY attorney and How I just wont get this over with when clearly its not me. What can I do for to get her to sign or at least get to see my daughter. |

As long as you are on record with the court as being represented by your attorney, you can't do anything on your own.
Either you have to borrow the money to pay the lawyer more, or else dismiss him by giving him a one-page form, which the court will give you, for him to sign, taking him off the case.
At that point, you can go to the court office and ask help in preparing the forms to request a hearing on child visitation pending the final divorce decree.
The court appointed counselor will make recommendations to the court.
As a practical matter, if your attorney is well respected by the court and the local bar, you might work out a payment situation with him.
Although lawyers are expensive, it's money well spent when it comes to your family.
