Parental alienation

How many parents have experienced "PARENTAL ALIENATION"? I have personally experienced this and want to help anyone out there with what I know now.
I have been divorced since 2004 and wow, this is still haunting me now!
I dont see my children because of "PARENTAL ALIENTATION", I miss them dearly!

I am going threw this now. Do not stop seeing your kids because of this that will only reinforce what the other parent is telling them is true and your child or children will think that they are not a priority and you do not love them. Every time my daughter comes back from her dad's I get to hear her throw a temper tantrum about how she hates me and I'm a bad mom and she wants a new mom- this lasts for about a half hour and nothing I do or say can stop her tantrum, she's 3. I just thank my lucky stars he only has her every other weekend and she's right as rain the next morning. It's sickening that parents use their kids as messengers or try to turn them against the other parent just because they have a vendetta against them, children need to know and love both parents. That being said if you can prove a case of parental alienation its cause to get sole custody and the other parent gets only supervised visits. Do not give up on your kids! Deep down they still love you!
