Qdro I have been separated for over three years, we have not minor children. He has pension and 401K earned during marriage. How can I claim my share? I have little money for a divorce. Help, he is telling girlfriend when he gets it he will buy her a Lexus. |

Unfortunately, the only way you can freeze that account and keep him from spending it and also getting your fair portion awarded to you via a QDRO is to get a court to order it as you go through the divorce process.
Don't "save" a few dollars by not filing for divorce and protecting your interests.
