If there are no disputes about the division of the property or any outstanding balances to argue about, you are a perfect candidate for a "Self-Help" divorce. A kit may be purchased with all the forms necessary to file with the court and you fill in the blanks, pay the filing fees, and you're divorced. These kits may be purchased at some of the larger office supply stores. I have a friend that just got hers and the total cost , including the kit, was $175.00. Good Luck!

Yes you can as long as you are confident you know what you are doing. Make sure you read up on all the procedures involved and have all necessary documentations as well as supporting papers. There are various courses, books, and other material available on the Internet as well. Be aware that your emotions may come in to play in court and if you think this will be a problem, it may be wise to get a good divorce lawyer.
