You probably need to lower your expectations especially since you're running out of money. If you're asking for too much from your husband, and won't negotiate, an attorney is going to get tired of it sooner or later.

As for your husband not giving you a divorce, you can put yourself at the mercy of the court and tell the judge that he won't give you one. You are entitled to get a divorce if you want one. So be nice to your attorney and bend a little.
