Verbal Harrassment Allegations during divorce- HELP!

I am going through a divorce right now. She is bipolar and put me through hell. She was in and out of mental institutes, accusing me of causing her drug problem. She was always posting naked pictures that would cause us fights. We just dont get along. In June we had a child and by november she had been admitted to a mental institute.
I left her in march and took my daughter after she moved her boyfriend from the mental institute who is bipolar like her self and 16 into the house for a short stint with myself and my child. I took with me notes between the two that she flaunted in my face saying she can't wait to be a family with him. My lawyer has these. I filed on grounds of mental cruelty because she hurt me so badly and laughed at me the entire time. She claims she never loses and does whatever she has to to win. Well I have letters from her saying that I am the better parent for our daughter .Now I filed on July 8th and she was served on the 15th.once she got the papers from the lawyer she has become hellbent on taking our daughter from me and we argue constantly. Yesterday she decided to play dirty and filed a police report against me for harrassment stating I am texting and calling her all the time in a hostile manner when she is the one screaming at me all the time. What can I do to protect myself because those allegations are completely false? Will it have any leverage in the case?
