What happens with a child support case in the USA, if a divorce case has been opened in other country?

Its really complicated - We are separated for two years. I filed for a Child Support Enforcement last year. Later my husband proposed me to send our child to my parents in Europe because I had to look for a better job(we both have a dual citizenship). So, our child went to Europe living with my parents and since I couldn't find a job I moved to Europe too (I moved to EU few months ago). My husband came to see us and while he was here, he filed for a divorce in Europe and he went back to the states where he works and lives. He works for a huge salary but he has never wanted to pay a child support. I prefer to stay in EU with my kid and family, who help me a lot, since I don't have a job and money to live in the states. So, now we have one case for a divorce in Europe and other case for child support in the USA.
I don't want my divorce to be in Europe but I have no choise and have to excepted since its already has been filed.
I am now wondering what will happen with the child support case in the states since the case was filed before the divorce case in EU. Which case will have the jurisdiction to determine the child support?
